GLS Investment Management has opened the GLS ELTIF – Energieinfrastruktur Fonds to retail and institutional investors, with digital access through GLS Crowd from €300. The ELTIF is focused on European renewable energy infrastructure and will invest mainly in operating wind and solar parks, with scope to add development-stage projects, storage and grid assets.
Luxembourg-domiciled sub-fund was established on September 17, 2025 and first issued shares on October 29, 2025. GLS Bank - German ethical bank, said it seeded the vehicle with €30 million.

Share class A starts at €100 per share and is being offered on GLS Crowd from €300, with monthly subscriptions, a 24-month minimum holding period, 12 months' notice for withdrawals and one annual redemption date on December 30. The fund's stated life is 99 years.
The product is set up as a Luxembourg SICAV ELTIF. IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A. acts as AIFM, GLS Investment Management GmbH is the investment adviser, and DZ PRIVATBANK AG, Niederlassung Luxemburg, serves as depositary and administrator.

KlimaVest ELTIF
The fund launched in 2020 now manages 1.76bn EUR as of Feb 2026 and invests in infrastructure assets with most of the portfolio concentrated in Wind Onshore assets. KlimaVest structured as Lux FCP under UCI Part II, invests across Europe with a home country bias to Germany. The portfolio diversified across 35 investments is predomantly focused on brownfield projects.

Brookfield Infrastructure Income Fund (BII)
Launched in 2023, BII manages $3.9B as of Dec 2025 and invests in equity and debt of operational, cash-generating infrastructure businesses globally with a focus on OECD markets. The portfolio, diversified across 57 investments, is led by Transport at 34% and Renewable Power & Transition at 27%, with North America as the dominant region at 56%. Structured as a Lux SICAV (S.A.) under UCI Part II and EU AIF, BII pursues a core-plus infrastructure strategy with 80.2% in private infrastructure equity, complemented by public securities and private debt sleeves to support evergreen liquidity.
